I won't be back. They sold the tires I bought to someone else which meant I had to wait another week for an appointment. The lady that is working the desk does her best, but it's clear that they need more than one person manning the desk when there is more than one person in line. Minimum 3 hours for a rotation with an appointment. Literally every single time. It’s not a scheduling issue or due to walk ins. The car will sit on the lift for hours. Go to the window and see for yourself how slowly they work. Had a flat after a service. Had tire sensor malfunction after another.
Tire pressure sensors never were an issue until I took my car here and had tires put on. Now the sensors keep flashing that they are low or not working.
Bought tires from here two years ago with a 70,000 mile warranty. I have put 38,000 miles on them and the tread is under a 2 measurement. I called Costco to schedule an appointment and let them know that the tread was low and that there was only 38,000 miles on a 70,000 mile tire. I rescheduled an appointment twice. I arrived early, waited at the counter for 20 minutes for them to tell me they wouldn’t accept my phone as a key card for my car. They could have told me that any time that I was on the phone with them multiple times to schedule my appointment. Customer service is rude.
