Took my vehicle in for a complimentary tire install after spending over a grand on a new set. No complaints about the customer service rep who sold me the tires, but the “technicians” (if you could even call them that) are an absolute joke. I noticed that two of my OEM hubcaps were broken upon pickup. Nobody mentioned anything until I pointed out the problem. I think it was Elie who helped me today, only got a quick glance at the name tag. He was legit though, super helpful and kind. I tell everyone to get tires at Costco and today was another example of why.

So grateful for this place! When traveling, we had a flat tire, and this was the only place open. They helped us get back on the road even though it was close to closing time. We're very appreciative of the staff in the tire center that night and the manager. Thanks!

They did a good job with putting tires, on in a good amount of time, made it easier to not purchase more than we needed ha!!
