I pulled up with a flat and they got me in right away, patched it up within an hour, and then sent me on my way! Super friendly and convenient!
Terrible scheduling management and customer service. I made an appointment for tire rotation, as they require. 45 minutes after my appointment, I check in only to find they haven’t even started my service yet! But they had no problem accepting a walk up right before I dropped my car off, knowing they were already behind. No communication and nothing but excuses for the huge and avoidable inconvenience. Their incompetence cost me not only time, but a huge late fee at my next appointment.
Why make an appointment??? They make it then tell you one tire will take 1 1/2 hours. They have had the tire for 48 hours (and the rim). Literally all they were tasked to do was “put new tire on the rim”. The employee just told me it would be another hour (after 45 mins) but never went or look or check. Oh… it’s a real hassle at this Costco to use the tire department because they do NOT have an outside entrance and will NOT let you walk through the one door that faces the parking spaces for the tire department.
