The service here is extremely slow and disorganized. I wait at least two hrs every time, despite having an appointment and needing very simple service. They do not replace you tire under their warranty, but rather force you to buy a replacement at a discounted cost. We purchased tires at Costco originally because they were slightly cheaper, but it's not been worth it for the trouble. I'll go back to using Discount Tire again as soon as these tires are worn.
A local shop fixed a flat tire on my Infiniti. But they did not fix the flat tire warning. I took the car to Costco tire center in Woodstock. The front desk lady stated they will have it fixed even though my tires were not purchased from them. Aiden the tech was amazing. He fit me in and took his time to remedy the problem.
