If you walk into the tire center, be prepared to wait a VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY. VERY LONG TIME JUST TO BE SEEN. I came in as the 2nd person in line and have been standing here for 20 minutes. Still waiting. Most of the time, no one was even at the desk. And when the one guy is there, he doesn't say anything. Like I'll be with you momentarily sir, or something. This isn't my 1st experience here but it will be my last.

I’m greatly disappointed. Given my past experiences with other tire places, I decided to trust Costco’s tire team with my car, thinking, “I’ve been a loyal member for years—this should be smooth.” I made a 4:00 PM appointment, and as I tried to head directly to the tire center, I was stopped by a receipt clerk and told to walk all the way around the building. Es al peor lugar que he llevado mi carro a cambiar las llantas tuve que ir dos veces por que una no me la balancearon solo 3 y me molestan un rin y me le un dieron el pedazo donde se pone la mica y del peso de mi carro se reventó la pintura de abajo yo y se mi cambio de llantas creyendo que lo llevaba aún lugar seguro pero no es así fui a reclamar y dijeron que no avían sido ellos yo se cómo ando mi carro ya nunca más lo llevaré a Costco a cambiarle llantas a mi carro si puedo subir fotos las subiré no sé los recomiendo
