I bought new tires from here. Had an appointment but got there to be told it would be 3 hours. No big deal, dealt with it but turned out to be a sign of how bad experience was going to be. After getting tires replaced had tpms light come on 2 days later. Car is only 1.5 years old and the timing was too convenient to not be something they did. I had a great experience at the Costco Tire Center in The Woodlands and wanted to especially thank Jason for his outstanding service. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I honestly had no idea about the available discount, and he took the time to explain it to me, which I really appreciated. With the expectation that a pre-booked appointment would make the tire change quick and efficient, I found the experience extremely frustrating. Despite having a scheduled time, I ended up waiting more than three hours for a simple tire change. What made the situation even more disappointing was the complete lack of communication. I am unhappy with the service I received here. Oswald in particular, is argumentative and unfriendly. They really should not allow him to interact with customers. The tire department in general, detracts from the value of having a membership here.
