Niko is a great technician and excells in customer service! Thank you Niko and Costco for taking care of my vehicles tires!
Bought my tires and had them installed them. Very easy process for this. The wait time is a little on the long-time as I waited about 3 hours+, for the service installation. And you only can do the installation or repairs, under appointment only. Is very difficult to impossible, to do it as a walk-in. Great quality prices for your auto needs.
I bought new tires from here. Had an appointment but got there to be told it would be 3 hours. No big deal, dealt with it but turned out to be a sign of how bad experience was going to be. After getting tires replaced had tpms light come on 2 days later. Car is only 1.5 years old and the timing was too convenient to not be something they did. I had a great experience at the Costco Tire Center in The Woodlands and wanted to especially thank Jason for his outstanding service. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I honestly had no idea about the available discount, and he took the time to explain it to me, which I really appreciated. Even though I arrived about 35 minutes late for my appointment, Jason still managed everything professionally and got my tires changed on schedule.
