My favorite place to recylce unwanted tires for a good price and their pricing for balancing tires is also unbeatable..
Got my vehicle back with a broken trim piece and they took two hours to tell me the tire they tried to repair wasn’t fixable and they didn’t check to see if they had one in stock before they took it off and I had to leave my car there tell they got one in stock. Completely rude. I had my new born with me as well. Husband had to leave work and drive to get us as we waited.
They always do a great job for me. Easy to work with.
Jeremy helped resolve a hairy situation where we had to get all 4 tyres replaced after a flat. He helped us find the replacement, made sure that the warranty was applied and was very clear in communication and upfront about what could and cannot be done. In the end, I came out feeling that I was very fairly treated and given great customer service
Do not go to Costco tire center in bonney lake went there to get a tire replaced and they chip my rim brought it to there attention that night saying hey I have a picture from when I took it off the car when I got the flat and there was no damage and its been in my house the entire time since then and it wasnt there when I brought it in.
