Craig at Redmond Auto Center is an outstanding role model for all Costco employees. One of my car tires was leaking air at the parking lot, and when I spoke with him, he was patient, direct, and took prompt action. He adjusted the pressure in all my tires and clearly explained the next steps if needed. He demonstrated Costco’s commitment to courteous and professional customer service. Hope we can encounter More Costco employees like Craig!
Does not have appointments for tire repairs for 4+ weeks. It may sell cheap tires, but it seems to deny critical service. I will stick to the shops that provided service when I really needed it.
