This costco Tire Service Center location is a liar, lazy, and waste of time. Waster of time: I come at 11 am on 1/13/2026. Ian (the tire technician) said I have to make an appointment which earliest available is 1 pm. I am ok with it. So I came at 1 pm to sign the paper in order to have the vehicle for tire repair and tire pressure sensors check out. Lazy: After 30 minutes of checking, Jose (another tire technician who works at the moment) called and said my vehicle has 2 tire pressure sensors broken (both in the back tires)... read more
Buyer Beware. I bought 2 top of the line AGM batteries for my truck. 11 months and they won’t start. Go to Advance Auto they say after load testing they are no good. I go and ask for manager and he says no not covered. It states on shelf 3 yr warranty. Do not buy car batteries here. So I demanded my money back and after spending 489.57 for two batteries 11 months ago I got 276.33 back ????? Hi, I got new tires for both of my cars yesterday (8 tires total). The service was great, no issues. I ordered them online (see the sticker on your driver's side panel beside the seat for tire details) and confirm it before ordering. Chose my tires and paid online (turns out all cards are accepted online). I checked the tires before signing off for service, they were new (with recent DOT manufacturing dates).
