Very disappointed with costco and tire department purchased 4 tires and they damaged my rims asked bout it and tried to deny it.
This costco Tire Service Center location is a liar, lazy, and waste of time. Waster of time: I come at 11 am on 1/13/2026. Ian (the tire technician) said I have to make an appointment which earliest available is 1 pm. I am ok with it. So I came at 1 pm to sign the paper in order to have the vehicle for tire repair and tire pressure sensors check out. Lazy: After 30 minutes of checking, Jose (another tire technician who works at the moment) called and said my vehicle has 2 tire pressure sensors broken (both in the back tires)... read more
Buyer Beware. I bought 2 top of the line AGM batteries for my truck. 11 months and they won’t start. Go to Advance Auto they say after load testing they are no good. I go and ask for manager and he says no not covered. It states on shelf 3 yr warranty. Do not buy car batteries here. So I demanded my money back and after spending 489.57 for two batteries 11 months ago I got 276.33 back ?????
