Hi, I got new tires for both of my cars yesterday (8 tires total). The service was great, no issues. I ordered them online (see the sticker on your driver's side panel beside the seat for tire details) and confirm it before ordering. Chose my tires and paid online (turns out all cards are accepted online). I checked the tires before signing off for service, they were new (with recent DOT manufacturing dates). Great everything
Wasted an hour and a half of my Saturday morning for them to tell me they can't do any work on tires over 7 years old. My tires are literally from Costco, it's all in their system. They couldn't have checked this beforehand?
