Very worst service at this store they dont care about people who came early on appointment and kept me waiting for 3hrs and still pushing my car back again and again . Very much disappointed with the service of this guys . Never want to come back to this store again . Previously i went to southlake it was best compared to this one.
Long lines and slow processing. No value for customer and there time.
I had the worst experience at this tire shop. The service was slow, and they did not attend to cars in the order they arrived. The technicians seemed untrained and were unable to meet my tire needs. I highly recommend saving your time and money by avoiding this Costco tire service center.
Terrible staff. Gave me the wrong size car battery twice. Ended up going elsewhere since they were completely incompetent. Highly recommend going anywhere else.
