I went in to check a battery I purchased there. Wanted to get a replacement or purchase a new one. Waited for a bit watching the cashier go back and forth complaining about there printer being broken. When they got to me I politely asked how the exchange works. The cashier said Let me test it. He came back and said there's nothing wrong with your battery you need to charge it there's nothing I can do. I asked if they do charging he said no. They need a better guy at the tire desk. I ordered the tires for my wife’s van. They tried to sell me on tire pressure sensors and I caved. $65.00 each for basically valve stems. The front desk guy made me go outside and talk to the mechanic. The front guy should not do that. He should do all the communication. I waited an hour and a half and finally went back to the front desk and they were done. No phone call. Costco needs rethink how they run the tire shop.
Had the 7 mares soup and it was delicious. Sorry I didn't get a picture of the soup. Please keep in mind the soups do take about 45 minutes, be ready to wait. Or drink 4 Pilsners to enjoy the atmosphere. Expensive but very good.
New tires look amazing. I was in and out in under an hour and took less than 30 seconds to get my key and paperwork back. 1000% recommend. Thanks Tony!
