The most useless, incompetent tire shop in sherwood park. They look for the smallest excuse to not install tires. Ive brought flat tires here in the past that they claimed were too close to the sidewall, took them to kaltire and they patched them no problem. They look for every excuse possible to try and sell you new tires.
I had an appointment for 6:45 PM. I was five or 10 minutes late tops and stood and waited at the desk for someone to finally arrive. The woman was not especially friendly, but it wasn’t a big deal until she came back. Informed me that they would not be able to take me today because I was so late. Was suppose to go in for a simple tire rotation yesterday. The technician shredded my tire key because he skipped the breaker bar and went right in with the impact on the 3rd tire. He replaced my passenger side tires with normal lugs. The sales person who helped me was Mitchell M and the 10-vehicle release was a Tyler L. If you have any one of them working in your vehicle. Best to stand behind their neck just to make sure they don’t skip any steps.
Had to purchase tires without notice and Jamie and Noah were great. They had a complete set of quality tires for a reasonable price. They got me in and out while I was in the city for less than 24 hours. Great work thanks guys!
