Bought tires from costco on line and picked the sherwood park costco for the installation. Appointment was for Saturday morning at 9:00am, received a text at 7:00am saying the tires were not delivered and to rebook. I stopped in at 9:00am to find out when they would be delivered, only to find out that the tires were actually there, tires got installed, all good, i thought.. Fixed a leaking stem valve for me in a timely fashion the price literally couldnt be beat anywhere else. I'd give 6 stars if it was possible.
Was sold tires under a false promises and when it came to light, all responsibility was denied by the tire center.
I have used costco for purchasing new rims/tires, and seasonal changes. I think the general care level of this shop is pretty low, my brand new rims are quite scratched up around the lugs post tire swap. It would have been pretty easy with a small amount of care to not damage these. Wont be back but they will probably stay fully booked anyway despite a ton of poor reviews on here.
