Worst customer service you can have. I came for a regular tire balance which usually takes 15 minutes tops. Took them an hour and half. They very unorganized and bad at time management. I wouldn’t take my car there again
Malgré 2 rendez-vous réservés d’avance, au cours des derniers 8 jours, pour effectuer des changements de pneus saisonnier, j’ai dû rebrousser chemin les 2 fois (!) après m’être présenté sur les lieux pour recevoir le service! Un bris d’équipement allégué la 1iere fois et un manque de personnel la seconde fois. Suggestion au management du Centre du pneu, informez vos clients en pareilles circonstances svp.
Came up to Montreal with my father for a vacation from New Jersey. Ended up with a flat tire on a Saturday evening, and Costco Tire Centers were the only tire facility open on Sundays. We came to this one, as it was nearby our hotel, first thing in the morning without an appointment. Kimberly F at the tire center was very understanding of the situation and was even willing to give up her appointment for us so we can get home in time for the work week! Beware of false wait time. My appointment was at 3:45, It is now 5:45 PM and I am still here with no car back for a simple tire change appointment. I do not recommend at all. Saving 15$ is NOT worth it. Go to any other tire shop. I have canceled the appointment for my 2nd and 3rd cars.
