Had such a bad stressful experience today. Went in to order tires in person that were available online and the customer service representative was so anti-helpful from the start! He said he couldn’t install the tires that I wanted because they were only for summer (they were all weather tires). Honestly have no words. Experience was not good. A call was made in advance to the appointment to make sure work could be done and after confirming the truck arrives and they say something about not allowed to do it due to some company policy. Huge waste of time and no help. Do not recommend
Worst location of this shop. Incompetent workers. Absolutely no car knowledge. Terrible service. Would warn people to stay away. Doesn’t deserve one star.
