Costco as a store is great. Stay far away from the tire center. Brutal service and management wasn't very supportive. My car was in for 2.5+ hrs for a simple tire installation, which was told would take an hour. Would definitely nit recommend!
Despite many negative reviews, my experience was pretty great. Easy to drop-off, took less time than they estimated, and the tires were balanced very well. Most reviews are complaining about their install policies, which, I agree are a bit strict, but it's not like Costco doesn't make it plainly and abundantly clear what they will and will not install.
Ok I didn't want to wrtie this. I had a nail in my tire and they said they could not repair due to it being not safe. I took the car to 3 other shops who said it was 50.50 on if it could be done and they all took the tire off and everyone said they could fix it. Even another Costco. They were very fast to provid and me with pricing on 4 new tires. I get it, if it's not safe to fix then I understand.
