Won’t even answer the phone. Had tires with less than 30,000km on them and they refused service because tread wear. Won’t even entertain the warranty. Say it’s all the cars fault even tho I’ve had it mechanically inspected less than 6 months ago. Don’t recommend.
Plan to wait for hours before your tires are swapped. Always short staffed
I’ve been a loyal Costco tire customer for years, with four vehicles currently running Costco‑purchased tires. Unfortunately, my experience with the Tire Center has gone downhill to the point where I won’t return as long as the current manager remains in charge. Customer service has been consistently poor — not just once, but ongoing for almost two years. Rude and unprofessional staff. Let you order non oem size tires but then refuse to install them. They deflated my front tires and did not restore proper tire pressure before giving me my vehicle back.
Didn’t install my tires due to them not matching the sticker on my door jam, however the door jam sticker says refer to owners manual where my size was listed. Didn’t install TPMS, didn’t install new valve stems, could even find the wheels in my car while they were in boxes with photos of wheels on them. They also used scare tactics to justify not mounting the wheels. My Corolla came with 18” wheels I was putting on 15” wheels, all wheel and tire specs matched owners manual. We waited 2 hours
