They do not honor flat repair, was told my luggage nuts were "swollen " and they didn't have a wrench to remove them, funny thing is they had the wrench when they replaced the 4 tires, I have purchased 80 or more tires from Costco, it will never be 81
Left on hold for 10 minutes after trying to call many times with a similar experience. This is not acceptable.
Great service. Just get the appointment before you go. Consider 2 hr wait time as thr job is very very professional. Every detailed work they did. I went thr for 4 new tire change.
Came to this location to have all 4 of my tires replaced before a very important road trip. Needless to say if it weren't for Amanda worked very hard to get my car pushed through after I was rudely told by Mike, that "we are not taking any more cars today." This after I spent an hour waiting online!
