Home of the 4 hour tire service! Absolute incompetence here. Never fails that you have to wait 3 to 4 hours for any service even with a full staff of techs. Whoever is staffed at the front is never at the desk despite not working on any vehicles. Do better Costco! Definitely purchasing tires elsewhere going forward.

Got 4 tires from Costco had issued with one tire took it to get fixed at the Wayne location waited about three hours. He said I needed a new tire stem charge me for it two days later. The tire is still inflated. Took it to E. Hanover Tire Center. The guy gave me attitude said that he had no room he couldn’t tell me what time he could get me into the shop to fix the tire I have a slow leak now the tire it’s not holding air have no choice will never buy another tire for costco.com. Incompetent tire center. Stripped my wheel lock and would not replace.

Garbage service. Had a tire replaced under warranty, they couldn't make an appointment for the day after the tire was being delivered told me to do it online. Then the day it's delivered they call and try to make an appointment and I said I already have one because staff told me I can do it myself online, no standard communication here. After replacing, they didn't even inflate to the right psi and didn't replace the valve stem cap. Then closer inspection and they couldn't even properly clean the old weight adhesive.
