Costco EAST HANOVER is terrible, no sense of customer service. terrible terrible place to get the tire service done. not again.

Phone not answering, too busy , long waiting , not good job finishing on tire
I ordered tires online and was emailed a confirmation immediately. Great! Next day, my order was cancelled with no reason why. I called, which took over 15 minutes to get through to a person, and spoke with a gentleman who wasn't sure what happened with my order and "placed a new order" with me over the phone. I did not receive a confirmation so I called again later that same day to confirm that the order was in and the rep confirmed the order. He told me the tires would be delivered next day and I would receive a phone call... read more
