Fast and reliable guys working there! Much respect and lot of thanks if fixing my tire puncture
Incompetent tire center. Stripped my wheel lock and would not replace.
Garbage service. Had a tire replaced under warranty, they couldn't make an appointment for the day after the tire was being delivered told me to do it online. Then the day it's delivered they call and try to make an appointment and I said I already have one because staff told me I can do it myself online, no standard communication here. After replacing, they didn't even inflate to the right psi and didn't replace the valve stem cap. Then closer inspection and they couldn't even properly clean the old weight adhesive.
As a Costco member, it is very sad to receive poor customer service at the tire center. No wonder why they have so many low reviews. Employees need a bit more training to help customers, specially if I’m paying $130 for their annual membership!
They claimed they couldn't get lug nuts off, which were tighted by them 9 months ago. Asked me to go to a auto shop to get it loose. Garbage place
