Had a good experience,installed winter tires and had some issue with my TPMS returned the next day and they sorted it out, within a few minutes. Took 2.5 hours for installing the tires from giving them the car.
Terrible, Terrible wait time, no concept of timing, had an appointment for 10:30 am still waiting to get the car back at 1 pm, lots of other customers have the same problem, another lady has been waiting since 9:30am.
Rarely ever answer their phone. Called three times in a row ringing for 27 minutes each time then automatically hangs up. Called admin office explain the situation and they just transfer me over there to wait and get hung up on again. Ordering online (11/11/25) is easy BUT my All Weather Scorpions that were ordered and paid for were cancelled a week later (11/19/25) due to NO INVENTORY.
