What a pathetic customer service and they do not know about store policy Everyone said something different and end of day I waste whole day
I booked for my tire rotation and balance at Ancaster location and the customer service is just awful. The female mechanic who’s at the reception was saying they would take 60-90minutes and going to text me when they are ready, However they never texted!! So I had to go check when it was already passed 2 hours and half. Apparently the car was ready an hour ago and all I wanted was an apology or explanation for wasting my hour. The reviews here were spot on. Costco management really needs to go over their SOP and make sure the staff is on the same page. The auto techs did their part, but the front desk team needs a refresher on how to handle customers. I waited for hours to get my winter tires swapped for all-season ones, only to find out the job was actually done within the first 30 minutes. But no one sent me a text, even though they said, “You’ll get a message when it’s ready.”
Took 2+ hrs to swap tires here. The last two swaps were very quick at different Costco locations
Worst customer service from Costco! This will be last time going to this location for a tire change. They expect you to be on time for your appointment and are eagerly willing to reschedule/cancel your slot even if you are just 15 minutes late, but make you wait for 2+ hours for a regular tire change. Folks, this is not even the cheapest around the area. Go to your local tire center and they would be much quicker and cheaper.
