The level of customer service here is horrible. They never answer the phone and the online booking system doesn't work half the time. I came in to book an appointment and I was told they don't book anything past a week in advanced. I thought this was odd and his excuse was "he has no need to book a week in an advanced" .
I have a member quote for my tires. I check in person with Michael, technician at Ancaster Tire Centre to place an order. The rear tires are not available. Based on the store policy, tires could be ordered and delivered freeto the Costco location as preferred. Instead of helping customer and follow the policy, Michael asked me to drive more than 100 km to direction East of Toronto to check the 2 rear tires. It is not only non professional but also irresponsible employee. It is extremely disappointed
Disappointing experience. They had marred up my wheels. Should have spent the extra money and brought it to a place that actually takes pride in their work.
Got new tires installed but appears they were not balanced. First time taking the vehicle on the highway, it was shaking and pulling to the left. Went back to get the lugs re-torqued and brought up the alignment issue - was told to book an appointment. They never answer the phone. Opted to take it somewhere else for my oil change and alignment. They have to do better, this is a safety issue and I have precious cargo.
Beware of the manufacturing date of the tires you purchase here. I wanted to return Michelin X-Ice Snow Tires manufactured 2 years ago, that were only installed on my rims and were not driven. John, manager, told me that I would have to pay an installation fee to remove the tires from the rims, in order to receive a refund, as I had purchased the tires 2 days earlier.
