I had a very disappointing experience at the Costco Tire Center. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and due to bad weather conditions I arrived at around 3:25 PM. When I spoke to the staff, they told me I was late and refused to honor my appointment, instead asking me to reschedule for two days later. While standing there, I checked the Costco website and saw a 3:45 PM appointment available the same day, which I booked immediately.
