Highest praise to Costco for selecting employees who work tirelessly, individually and as a team, to provide superlative service. I was stuck with a flat tire that was beyond repair and needed to drive 150km the next day. The Tire Centre was crazy busy, but they got me through the whole process and were so kind and helpful in every way. I ended up getting a new set of winter tires. Consistent disappointment. Appointments don’t mean anything here, only that your tires will get done at some point that day. Not worth the membership fee for the tire service as my time is more valuable then the cost saved!
Rude tire techs they don’t care about PR the manager has his Hands full of Tire Techs’ that think they are Red seal Automotive techs ….. Wish they could have better public relation, customer service skills, but I guess they know how to bust tires and not think that they could never get demoted or fired by Costco.
Excellent service. The staff at the front desk and in the shop are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Prices and warranty can’t be beat anywhere else.
This isn’t worth any of the savings. Can’t call them, must go in to speak to someone. Appointments don’t mean squat, ended up waiting for hours anyways. "Unfortunately we only have one tire balancer as the other doesn’t work. Unfortunately we only have 3 techs so we are behind." My car vibrates over 90km an hour now. Looked at the rims, there are no weights at all anywhere and most common cause for vibration at higher speeds (when no vibration on prior tires) is they didn't balance the tires. Horrible service.
