Stopped in to purchase a battery. Brittany asked me about my vehicle, I didn't know the subclass or trim package. I had the vin number...we don't do that. You'll have to go to the dodge ram store and ask them..being very whatever...I went out call dodge got the info came back in. Inexcusable customer service I had an appointment for 6:00 pm, I received a phone call earlier in the day asking if I could come in earlier which was not an issue. I arrived at 5:30 expecting the appointment to take anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. I noted that there were no other customers in queue or having there vehicles actively worked on. Needless to say the shop was dead. I proceeded to wait for roughly 2 hours, only to be met with a note on my invoice stating that they were unable to calibrate my TPMS sensors. ... read more
Great service
This isn’t worth any of the savings. Can’t call them, must go in to speak to someone. Appointments don’t mean squat, ended up waiting for hours anyways. Unfortunately we only have one tire balancer as the other doesn’t work. Unfortunately we only have 3 techs so we are behind…
