So I booked an appointment to get my tired installed on rims. I confirmed with them on the phone, and in person- "mount the tires to my rims, and put them in my car".. they called me 15 minutes into the appointment to tell me "my lug nuts are swollen and all 20 need to be replaced"... i asked them why my tires where off?? I told them - mount the tires to the rims, and put them in my car.. Instead they decided to remove my tires - then tell me I need to replace all my lug nuts...I never wanted tires removed in the first place... read more
Should be an option to select zero stars. Don't bother booking an appointment time. It means nothing. 2 hrs. to repair a flat??? Go somewhere else to get your tires. If this tire shop didn't have the Costco name attached to it they would be out of business!!!
The 2 female employees were rude and not helpful. Did not acknowledge me or my co worker while we were looking for batteries
Quick service! Palmer was extremely helpful.
We booked the appointment for 5.15 pm and it was like I walked in without an appointment. After waiting for 1.5 hours when I asked they said still need an hour which was annoying and irritated. Booking an appointment was pointless if you guys still taking 2.5-3 hours just for tire installation and ended with rescheduling because had the other appointment. What a waste of time and efforts! Thanks team.
