Great experience! Booked 2 appointments 1 Saturday for new tires purchases and 1 Sunday for tire swap and nail repair on our other car. Expectations were set for 1.5 - 2 hour wait time both days and were ready in about 1.5 hours. Shout out to Court for helping us decided which tires to purchase a few weeks back and also the great customer service today… Thank you! As always see you soon Costco
I should have read the reviews before I booked an appointment here. I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience at this Costco Tire Centre same as others mentioned in the reviews. I went through the effort of booking an appointment specifically to avoid a long wait, yet I still ended up sitting there for two hours just to get a simple flat tire repair. My appointments every time were canceled without any reason!!!
Bought new tires and made an appt in advanced... 4 hour wait even with an appointment to get tires change. No call back to let me know they were done. No one answers the phone when you call - was told they are too busy to answer the phone.. meanwhile when I came to pick up my car (after I called customer service) two people were standing at the tire counter doing nothing. They didn't hook up my tire sensor even though the paperwork has a tire sensor number on it. Took me about 10 minutes to find my car on pick up too.... Not... read more
