Worst tire centre ever to get tires installed. Even after booking an appointment and getting told that it would take an hour to install the new tires, they took 2.5 hours for it. I had to cancel an important appointment due to their mess. Why lie to customer in first place and not be honest about the wait times?
2 hours for a balance and rotation. They opened at 9 I dropped the car for 8:55 I left here at 11am. This is a 45 minute job max and I had an appointment at 9. Go to the Ancaster store, they do not take this long. This same service took 35 minutes at Ancaster.
I recently purchased new tires at the Stoney Creek Costco Automotive Center. The process was simple, tires were ordered, appointment was made I brought in my car and approx 90 later the job was done. My only issue was when I got the vehicle back I noticed that the rims were completely filthy from the pastry /glue material that they use on the rim beads. I don't understand how there is no sense of urgency in getting any job done. Truck gets pulled in and on the hoist then wait, tires get taken off then wait, one tire on then wait. The techs disappear every 5 minutes. It takes hours to fix a tire. They seem to rotate between cars....I had tired out on last week and it took 4 hours. One tire was leaking and now it is going to take 1.5 hours to fix. They really should have done it right the first time, especially for how long it took. Costco Tire Center is always a good option for me. Booking appointments online is easy and convenient. The staff are helpful, and knowledgeable. The quality of their work is good, and the job is done in a timely manner. One of the best additions lately is the self-service tire air pump, which is available even when the center is closed. This is very convenient. Their prices are also very reasonable, especially when factoring in the included services like rotation and balancing.
