I booked an appointment to install two new tires at 5:15pm. It is now 7:45pm and they just started working on my car. What's the point of an appointment if I have to wait three hours to get two damn tires installed?!
Great experience! Booked 2 appointments 1 Saturday for new tires purchases and 1 Sunday for tire swap and nail repair on our other car. Expectations were set for 1.5 - 2 hour wait time both days and were ready in about 1.5 hours. Shout out to Court for helping us decided which tires to purchase a few weeks back and also the great customer service today… Thank you! As always see you soon Costco
I should have read the reviews before I booked an appointment here. I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience at this Costco Tire Centre same as others mentioned in the reviews. I went through the effort of booking an appointment specifically to avoid a long wait, yet I still ended up sitting there for two hours just to get a simple flat tire repair.
