Contacted tire center about tire leak. Possibly from rim. Given runaround about fix. Asked for an appointment & told they were not at the computer so go on line ! If I wanted to go on line I would NOT have made the call ! Had no issue taking over $1000, just an issue helping . Rude.
Friendly staff but very overworked, need two people on cash for sure as waiting 15-20 minutes on either end to drop off and pickup with a tire change is very long, also takes forever for the change (over 2h) so maybe booking less appointments would be helpful!
