Waited for 3 hours for a phone call that the winter tire installation is done, got tired to wait and came in only to learn that they could not find my car in the parking lot. I asked why they did not give me a call immediately, no answer. Waited for an hour more, missed another appointment

The woman behind the counter was amazing
Worst tire centre ever to get tires installed. Even after booking an appointment and getting told that it would take an hour to install the new tires, they took 2.5 hours for it. I had to cancel an important appointment due to their mess. Why lie to customer in first place and not be honest about the wait times?
2 hours for a balance and rotation. They opened at 9 I dropped the car for 8:55 I left here at 11am. This is a 45 minute job max and I had an appointment at 9. Go to the Ancaster store, they do not take this long. This same service took 35 minutes at Ancaster.
