Bought new tires and made an appt in advanced... 4 hour wait even with an appointment to get tires change. No call back to let me know they were done. No one answers the phone when you call - was told they are too busy to answer the phone.. meanwhile when I came to pick up my car (after I called customer service) two people were standing at the tire counter doing nothing. I don’t understand the point of booking an appointment if I still have to wait three and a half hours for a tire change and oil change. I’m writing this review not just because of the long wait, but because of the way the situation was handled. I was initially told it would take about two hours. After an hour and a half, I checked in to see if the car would be ready within the next 30 minutes. They told me yes, come back then. I would like to express my positive experience with the Costco Tire Centre in Stoney Creek. After reviewing various online ratings for Costco Tire Centres, which often hover around three stars, I believe customers may be more inclined to share negative experiences than positive ones. The service I received at the Stoney Creek location, however, was exceptional. The customer service at the front desk was commendable, and the mechanic provided informative and helpful assistance. 4 hrs for tire change when they said it will take 1.5-2 hrs while checking in . Other locations are far better . Never coming again here .
