Great service at Costco tire centers. My only complaint is getting them to answer the phone
WHY DON'T THEY ANSWER THE PHONE?????? THERE ARE PHONES ALL OVER THE DESKS... WHY CAN'T I GET AN ANSWER
!star for the guarantee they provide, had a tire with 2 punctures, had a replacement under their warranty. Took the full 10 business days to get the 1 tire, when checking up was told to wait the full 10 days, was called to state it was in, when called back to book my car in, was told they had no appointments for the next 4 days, offered to bring the 1 tire in so they can just do the tire and i'll put it back on the car as i have the tools... was told that they had 5-6 tires to do and it would take several days to do that? th... read more
I had an emergency with a nail in my tire, and Glen McIsaan was amazing! He didn’t hesitate to get my car booked right away for a fix, even though my car has no spare tire. I truly appreciated his quick response and professionalism. All the other staff working at the shop at the time were also friendly, helpful, and made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you all — great service!
