I actually had a great experience on dec 27th when my tire needed to be inspected and they found 2 nails. The front desk lady was great to deal with. They said it was under warranty, but my tires had been discontinued and they only had 1 in stock and the other would have to be ordered in through Tire Pirates. We asked how much it would be and were quoted just under $275 to replace 2 warranty tires (cross trian). They could not do the paperwork that day since both couldn't be purchased through costco and said they would call ... read more
I had an appointment for a tire rotation, only to be told that it would be a three-hour wait to get in. Since that's absolutely insane, I canceled and booked for another day. Again--three hour wait. Apparently the good people at Costco don't know what the word "appointment" means.
The service so slow
I had my 15-inch winter tires installed on my Toyota Camry at the East Hills Costco Tire Centre in late October, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service took more than three hours — from 4:15p.m. to 7:20p.m. — which was frustrating in itself.
