4 years later and I'm still complaining about Costco Tire policies, 2026 this time they didnt exchange seasonal tires because one set were 9 years old and had cracks between the treads here and there. Did they hold air all winter? Yes! I’ve bought a few sets of tires now from this location and I’ve never had any issues. I recently had some vibration after my winter tires were installed, and they accommodated me by fitting me in and rebalancing them. Also the girl who works at the front desk needs a raise. The amount of people who were totally unprepared, had no idea what they were doing or cutting in line would have tested my patience yet somehow she was still very chill.
