My car battery died and I tried calling to see if they could help. I called 12 times and no one picked up.
Save your time and money. Firstly, the staff are rude and only bring up Costco policies when it’s convenient for them. They could have made an exception for me because they didn’t inform me but i guess they were busy chatting since its peak summer and they dont have any appointments (clearly) unlike me because they wasted my time The first time I came here, they refused to change my tires, saying two of them had bumps and that I needed to buy new ones — which is fine.
