I don’t really understand the low ratings. I have used this location twice and had great service both times. On the most recent visit, the appointment was scheduled for the very next day and when I got there everything ticked along on time. I was given an estimate of 90 minutes wait time, which was accurate. Staff were very friendly and the service was inexpensive. Recommended!
Worst service ever!! If you can’t answer the call/ putting hold for 30 minutes/ unpurposely transferring calls to over another department/ Get a manager or supervisor/ Doing the right things - - you better shut the business. I will never return back to the tire center for my future business.

If possible, I would give negative starts. So terrible service and waiting time. The lady at front counter just yells and listens nothing.
