There is zero possibility of phone communication from Costco Tire. I’m starting to think it wasn’t worth the price savings. They have had my summer tire to fix a slow leak (under warranty), for weeks and weeks now. I’ve received no phone call or email, and nobody ever answers the phone. I’ve been stuck driving around on my winter tires.
This is insane. I booked my appointment to install my summer tires months in advance. I show up for 9am and was told it would take 1.5 hours. Almost 2 hours later and they are still not done! There's ONE person at the front desk and 20 people waiting in line. I'm quite nervous because my friend just had his done here for his 4 Runner and the wheel weights fell off while his truck was parked in the garage!
Ordered tires from here, waited a month with no updates despite the freight company tracking saying it was delivered. Called over and over again, no answer over a week. I booked an appointment thinking they must have them since the freight company delivered it, waited forever in line and the guy checked but they weren't there. Lady at the front reception with glasses and tattoos is extremely and unnecessarily rude. The way she talks to people is just not acceptable. I understand that there are different rules she needs to communicate about, but there are ways of doing it where it's not condencending and disrespectful. She cuts you off, speaks to you loudly and aggressively and is overall unpleasant. Talked to other people who use the tire centre and have all said the same thing about her.
Not a great use of time to get your tires done here. I bought some new tires online and had them shipped to this location for installation, and then booked the installation a month in advanced. I showed up Saturday, 45mins before my appointment in case of a big line, which was a good idea, because I sat in line for roughly 30 minutes. Once I get to the front the manager says "we are 2 hrs+ behind schedule and may not get you in today. You can take your chance, or I will reschedule you".
