Took my vehicle in for a tire rotation, never had a issue prior to my appt, 2 days after having tires rotated, my Tire Monitoring System constantly displays on the dash. Appt was for 1030 am, but dont understand why it took 2 hours of waiting
I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Costco Kanata Tire Service, and it was poorly handled from start to finish. I ordered tires and booked an installation appointment more than two weeks in advance (original appointment: November 4). When I arrived, I waited nearly an hour in line, only to be told in person that my tires hadn’t even arrived. I’m very disappointed with the service at the Costco Kanata Tire Center. I ordered tires almost a month ago, and there has been a significant delay with no clear updates during the process. When they finally contacted me to reschedule my appointment, the only times they offered were 6:45 AM on a Sunday or dates after December 12, which is extremely inconvenient considering how long I’ve already been waiting.
