We were in town for our son’s graduation and ran over a nail. Everything in town was closed and Costco was almost closed and not accepting appointments for repairs. However the guys working made it happen for us going above and beyond so we could get back on the road and head home in the AM. Seriously, unbelievable service.
We were told it would take less than an hour to get my tires changed and it took an hour 45 min.
Just horrible service. They screwed up my brakes and steering while replacing tires.
