Couldn't even get someone to make an appointment. Spoke to someone in the service department whose response was "well, it's a busy spot". Too busy to accept new business.
“Second time here, and the same nonsense happens. I show up 15 minutes early to my appointment, and 1.5 HOURS later, after aimlessly wandering around the warehouse to kill time, I go to the tire center—only to hear, ‘We can’t find the lock nut.’ Are you kidding me? Always helpful and informative, even though they are incredibly busy. The women mechanics up there rock their jobs!
They inflated my tires to the wrong pressure after i told them it needed to be 45psi. Went back for the retourque and told them about their mistake, they said that i could pay to fill it myself
Called for hours, no one answered. They dont need your business i guess. Save your time, go some where else.
