If i have to give zero star, I will do that. Put scratches on the brand new car tyre rims.
Eric, the shop manager, was honestly terrible to deal with. I came in just to get a new tire and have my tires balanced, and he immediately told me to take them back without even hearing me out or having a proper conversation with me. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing customer service. The shop guys themselves seem chill, but Eric’s attitude as a manager definitely needs improvement.
Everything I go there, they can't repair the Costco bought tires and ask to purchase new tires. Very disappointed
