I recently purchased and had new tires installed. The desk staff were friendly, courteous and professional. My tires were installed quickly and the whole process was easy. I particularly appreciated that I was able to make an appointment the same week despite it being in Movember when other locations required wait times for appointments beyond 30 days.

Don’t answer their phone. Booking an appointment is a Herculean effort

customer service were pretty bad, booked appointment for 1pm. staff refused to changed my tires because I was late for 10mins while I was waiting in the line whole time until they call me for service. So they rescheduled me the second time 12:45pm a week after. And I went in. They told me I had my father’s membership so I couldn’t use his service for tire change. If this was rule, why the staff allows me to book the appointment under his name at the first place, an agent book the second appointment for me didn’t clarify that... read more

I’ve bought many tires here, but when I showed up with an emergency leak, they wouldn’t fit me in. A safety issue like that shouldn’t be pushed days out.
