Wish I read the reviews first. Absolutely ridiculous management of this place. As other employees are dusting things and chatting away one lady was left to run the shop. Spent 45 minutes in line for them to tell me they can’t take the keys from me early. Unacceptably long wait time with no warning that it would be so long. I've been waiting two and half hours past my appointment time. The loss of time completely nullifies any cost savings. I get it: sometimes you get behind, but I think the customer deserves a heads up that it will be over 150 minutes hours for a job that should take 30-45 minutes. It's very frustrating to have your time wasted. Otherwise a fine experience.
DO NOT GO HERE. Even if you have an appointment , you are treated as a walk in. They will not give you a time estimate until after you pay thousands of dollars for tires. We had an appointment and my car wasn’t going to be looked at until 3 hours after, and they won’t admit to that when you bring it in. They take walk ins before appointments, but will lie to you and say they don’t until after it already happens. I would rather eat a tire than purchase from here again.
DO NOT use this tire center. We had an appointment for 4:00 but it took them until 5:45 to even START working on the car. When I asked them why it was taking a long time they told me I "should have made an appointment". I did. Terrible experience.
Costco tire center in Township 5 is a complete joke. Prices are great for tires but getting good service is another thing. They make it seem easy when booking your appointment, but when you show up you need to wait in the same line other customers are waiting in who have not ordered anything yet, which can take up to 30 minutes. There should be a separate drop off/pickup line. If you try calling you just get put on hold for over 10+ minutes.
