Do NOT go to this place unless you want to sit at the food court for 5 hours to get your tire installed. Appointment does not do anything.
I arrived at 8:15 for my 8:30 appointment. Car didn’t even get in the door until 9:00. If you aren’t going to honor your appointment times, then whats the point of having appointments? I was told 60-90 minutes (at 8:30… 3 hours later (2-3x the advertised completion time) the car is still in the bay. Don’t plan for this team to be either on time or accurate in their predictions. Workmanship better be perfect because the customer service is certainly lacking…
They seem nice at first, but if you have any issue and need to follow up, they will flat out ignore you. I had an issue recently and the manager of Costco, Joseph, was supposed to reach back out to me and he never did. Super disappointing because I chose Costco for their (usually) superior service. Now I have another issue with the same tire and will have to take it elsewhere and spend more money.
Dont come here unless you can drop off your car. Got here 2.5 hrs ago. Was told it would be about 2 hours. Just went to the counter because they haven't even started my car and was told a machine went down. No call no heads up. The lady at the counter said she waited 5 hours. What's the point in appointments is they are soooooo far off? I understand things happen but most places plan for that. Last time I get my tires from Costco
Order my tires $1140. It took over 3 weeks for the tires to arrive. Made an appointment for 12:15 . Showed up at 11:40 . A sign 3ft x 2ft says for members with appointment only key drop off . Approached the counter to drop keys and was told that I would have to get in line with everyone else who were either buying tires or trying to make an appointment. Waited patiently for 20 minutes.
