Booked an appointment 1PM on a weekday to change my winter tires to all seasons. I came on time, checked in, but service was so slow that it took 3.5 hours for me to get my car back. An entire afternoon gone. The Jamaican guy there was like the sloth from zootopia.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience getting my tires replaced at Costco. During the process, they stripped and broke one of my lug nuts while working on my vehicle. Instead of addressing the issue properly, they completed the tire installation and only then called me to say the lug nut was broken and that I’d need to take my car elsewhere to have it fixed because they couldn’t handle it. Horrific experience. They sell you $1000’s worth of tires but don't want to stand behind the warranty. I can tell you this, I will NEVER purchase tires from them again!

I had a great experience here. I’m really grateful to the team at this tire shop for their great service. They took the time to make sure everything was fully taken care of and didn’t rush through the process. They were attentive, responsible, and really listened to my concerns, which made a big difference. I truly appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them.

Love costco, but 3 hours with an appointment is pretty bad.
