Staff is super friendly, and they are really good about sticking to appointment and service times. Tire prices are comparable to other sources, but the savings on everything else that comes with tire installation as a member is worth the annual membership fee alone.

purchased a full set of tires with 50k mile warranty, after 40k every tire was bald and badly needed to be replaced. took them in for an inspection to get them replaced and they said it was my fault for over inflating my tires. Costco was always the one to add air to my tires but somehow it was my fault. Also to note I checked the tire pressure all the time with the TPM's in the tires and they were never over inflated.
