Tires were put on in a timely matter but I spent more time trying to get my car back than they did putting the tires on. The worker at the desk called me out while I was waiting in line and told me to pick up my car outside. I waited for 15+ minutes for my car and even saw them take it out of the shop but no one came. I called the shop from outside and asked where I was supposed to pick up my car and the worker said I could pick it up outside but didn’t explain that I had to go into the work area to get my key. All they want to do is sell tires & batteries. They could care less about about our safety. I had asked to have the two tires.Idid not have changed to check the stems. When I left there one of my tires was almost flat. They are fast but the customer service is poor! Poor management. A really bad experience.
