My online Costco tires after a month finally arrived.They refused to install these new tires because they are bigger than OEM after I spent $1,400.00 Yeah it’s only an inch wider from 33 to 34 inch tires.I was hoping their Manager would take my advice but said it will rub and it will void warranty.I begged them to give it a try and I will sign a consent form,but they refused.They have no knowledge on over sized tires and how to make them fit on stock suspension. Mounted all 4 of my new tires onto my wheels, then said one of my rims was unsafe to drive on AFTER they mounted the new tires. Wouldn’t release my truck for liability reasons, literally had to get kitagawas towing to pull a wrecker into the bay to drag it 150 feet into an empty stall before I could drive off. Funniest part is In the bay next to the one my truck was being held hostage in, the tech broke a stud off the hub of this guys Subaru and said it was fine to drive

Tires were put on in a timely matter but I spent more time trying to get my car back than they did putting the tires on. The worker at the desk called me out while I was waiting in line and told me to pick up my car outside. I waited for 15+ minutes for my car and even saw them take it out of the shop but no one came. I called the shop from outside and asked where I was supposed to pick up my car and the worker said I could pick it up outside but didn’t explain that I had to go into the work area to get my key.
