Staff were friendly, they didn't mess up installing tires, but why TF would you have the option to book an appointment if they aren't even close to being kept to? If I knew it would take over 2 hours to put in new tires for an appointment booked 2 weeks ago, I would've just had them shipped to my house and install them myself. Are they overbooked? Book less? Or just don't have appointments at all. Unless you have time to kill, make sure to plan to be stranded for at least 3 hours after you're appointment time.
Christy at the Costco tire center was extremely kind and helpful when we were choosing new tires for our vehicle. We were happy to see her again when we dropped the SUV off for the replacement!

Waited nearly 2 hours for a simple tire rotation! I get that you're busy, but the excuses were: "we're understaffed, guys take lunch (this was a 2:30pm appt), and we're booked solid." My suggestion: then do NOT book so many appts back to back!
Im NEVER buying tires from Costco. I bought my tires from a different Costco. I had an emergency nail in my tire and called to see if this Costco tire center location can take a look (not even fix it). They kept telling me they wont be able to at all. I called the Costco tire center in Grafton and the tire manager said the Menomonee Falls location needs to fit me in as it's an emergency and was the closest to where I was located.
