Tried getting a set of new tires. Two trips from Fondy on back to back nights, eight hours of my free time, and all I got in return was them messing up my lug nuts, no new tires, and no remediation offer. They could've at least told me right away that they stripped the nuts and won't fix it before I waited in their store for 1.5 hours on both nights.
Why be so rude to customer. I got in line to get my keys. Finally it's my turn, nearly 30 minutes after receiving the text that my car was ready. Kevin tells me that the keys are not back yet. When I asked why, he goes off on me. Seems like the keys should be available 30 minutes after I'm told it's ready. Chill brah, it's just tires, you don't need to yell at people just cuz u realized you're a failure
They didn’t hook up my tire pressure reading. They didn’t put my spare tire back on underneath. They left all the tools just laying out for hooking it back up rather than putting it away. Now all the sudden the power steering isn’t working on my truck. So since I’ve got my new tires from Costco, I’ve had nonstop issues with my vehicle suddenly.
Staff were friendly, they didn't mess up installing tires, but why TF would you have the option to book an appointment if they aren't even close to being kept to? If I knew it would take over 2 hours to put in new tires for an appointment booked 2 weeks ago, I would've just had them shipped to my house and install them myself. Are they overbooked? Book less? Or just don't have appointments at all. Unless you have time to kill, make sure to plan to be stranded for at least 3 hours after you're appointment time.
Christy at the Costco tire center was extremely kind and helpful when we were choosing new tires for our vehicle. We were happy to see her again when we dropped the SUV off for the replacement!
