They can get higher end Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Remember to bring your wheel locks, because they won't remind you. And you'll have to come back. They're very nice about it though.
Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Jarrelle. I was having some serious issues with the air pressure in my tires and Jarrelle took to the time assist me without me even having to ask for help. It was much appreciated and he helped me out BIG time. I definitely recommend looking for him if you ever need help from anyone at the Costco Tire Service Center.

This was my second set of tires to buy at Costco. I had the same issue as the first time and thought it was a one off. They might as well not have an appointment system. Apologetic as they may be the simple solution is to have an outbound text letting people know that they're running behind.They have no problem reminding you five times that you have an appointment coming up so this seems to make perfect sense to me.
