This was my second set of tires to buy at Costco. I had the same issue as the first time and thought it was a one off. They might as well not have an appointment system. Apologetic as they may be the simple solution is to have an outbound text letting people know that they're running behind.They have no problem reminding you five times that you have an appointment coming up so this seems to make perfect sense to me. Beware! Warranties are only useful for instock tires. And they don’t carry much! I’m now waiting. Having paid for the tire replacement driving around on a spare. Can’t call it in either so you have to drive there. They say “yep you’re screwed”, you pay and leave with no service. Thanks Costco.

So so customer service - just don’t be in a hurry to get to your appointment on time because they will take care of whatever is in front of them before you, who had the appointment. A key drop box would be an idea for management to help clients and parents who are in a hurry. Also - check your hubcap covers, all 4 of mine were somehow cracked after having a disagreement with the short guy working there.
