Andrew was so rude and condescending. Acted like I knew nothing, didn’t tell me where they re parked my car. Said keys were in it. I had to come back into Costco for my keys. Waited 10 min while no one was at the desk. Couldn’t change my tires because of understandably rusty undercarriage. Overall not a great experience.
I love the tire air pump - thank you Costco! Our rental car needed air in one tire every other day.
They squeezed me in last minute on a Sunday for two tires. Then I came back a couple of days later for the other two tires—I left my car as a drop-off, and they had it finished an hour earlier than promised. The tires ride smooth, the air sensors still work, and there are no issues with vibration or any such thing. Overall great experience with the staff and merchandise.
Called to ask if they patch tires and the mechanic hung up immediately
