They never answer the phone to book an appointment
The appointments are quick over the phone and they kindly fit us in to a busy day. However, we were trying to get my boyfriend's summer tires on and once I had paid and his car was taken in I was then informed that his tires were too dangerous to drive on and so they refused service. Prior to this appointment my boyfriend's dealership confirmed the tires were good so we found this a bit odd.
