No one can answer the phone and booking online don't work. Embarrassing If you want to get hold of the tire center hit 541 to skip the automated hoops you have to jump through.. but no one ever answers I've called back to back like 25 times. Wild how they can't get someone to just answer phones. What's the point in having one lol.
I ordered my winter tires in-store on November 9, and I was told they would arrive within 2 weeks and be installed at my appointment. My appointment was on November 26. When I arrived, the employee told me they didn’t have my tires and said, “there’s no way they would be here, you ordered them a week ago.” I had to correct him and show him my receipt, which clearly shows I ordered them 2 weeks earlier. Third class service... Took 4 hours even though booking an appointment for tire change and having both tire and rims available. Very frustrating experience. Not recommended.
