Customer service when you call is non existent... can't even get anyone to pick up at the tire center.
If I could rate a 10 star I absolutely would! I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service. My partner and I just bought a car a few days ago and were informed on the road by another driver my rear tire was wobbly and unsafe. Being so close to Costco and having a membership we pulled into the tire centre. Knowing absolutely nothing about cars or tires we knew we would need to kindly ask for help. The phone number printed on my invoice is not in service anymore! Please update it! So I used the costco telephone number then went to the Tire center number, but nobody's answering. Please have somebody answer your phone so customers wont have to go to the store and then tell us that our order did not arrive on time! What a waste of time and gas!
Unbelievably poor service! I purchased brand new TPMS sensors from Costco because I was told my old sensors weren’t working. Half an hour after I drive off the low tire pressure warning light comes on. I checked out the tires and they were filled to the correct PSI. I go back and ask Costco to take a look a few days later and they claimed that the sensors were never purchased until I presented them with the receipt.
