Unbelievably poor service! I purchased brand new TPMS sensors from Costco because I was told my old sensors weren’t working. Half an hour after I drive off the low tire pressure warning light comes on. I checked out the tires and they were filled to the correct PSI. I go back and ask Costco to take a look a few days later and they claimed that the sensors were never purchased until I presented them with the receipt. I would like to thank KC and his team for helping me with my tire repair during a very busy day. I was attempting to fill my tires up after installing my winters when i broke one of the valves on my tire. KC swiftly came to my rescue and ensured I was back on the road in no time. Highly appreciated
I'm very pleased with the service at this warehouse. Although Costco.ca failed to fulfill my order after sending the confirmation email, I didn't realize it until the scheduled appointment. Josh from the warehouse quickly reordered the tires and rescheduled the delivery for me. Highly recommend!
I had an appointment at the Barrhaven tire centre to install the new tires I had purchased online. My appointment was at 11:15 and when I dropped my vehicle off at 11 I was told that it would take 1.5 hours and everything was on schedule. I walked around the store and was never contacted and when I returned after 1.5 hours my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot.
