+1 for doing the bare minimum; -4 for doing the bare minimum. Got an appointment after almost 1 month for a seasonal tire change. The staff sounded rude and patronizing; no clue why. I received the car with grease smudges in the interior, and they didn't even install the hubcaps on my car for some reason. I think it's a better deal for me from now on to just get this done elsewhere for a slightly higher price where they also store your tires after swapping them. Edit: Added photos

Had snow tyres change fadt efficient and at a good price
Best tire service in KW area. Hope they will bring back the oil change.
