These guys were trying to set me up charging me for C$500. I had a wheel which was constantly getting flat and I came to the center to fix it. A guy from the tire center showed me one obvious puncture and another puncture placed allegedly close to the sidewall. He told that this kind of puncture is unrepairable and I got to buy a couple of new tires.
