They are Fantastic! The supervisor and the whole tire center crew are OUTSTANDING: they worked on my car like a pit-crew. Bought Michelin Pilot Sport 4S, mounted/balanced, w new TPMS. They had everything completed within an hour. Super patient and professional, receptive to unique Porsche-specific instructions. While filling up my gas tank, I noticed that my Ram must have picked up a large screw on the front passenger side. The tire was losing air. Since I purchased the tires from Costco, they repair punctured tires at no charge. Nathan booked me in at 6:30 the following morning. I let him know that I had a 6:30 tee time and he immediately responded by saying, "I'll fill your tire now and meet you at 6 to get your keys". I made my tee time and picked up my truck at 9:45 thanks to Nathan and the Costco Tire Center crew.
+1 for doing the bare minimum; -4 for doing the bare minimum. Got an appointment after almost 1 month for a seasonal tire change. The staff sounded rude and patronizing; no clue why. I received the car with grease smudges in the interior, and they didn't even install the hubcaps on my car for some reason. I think it's a better deal for me from now on to just get this done elsewhere for a slightly higher price where they also store your tires after swapping them. Edit: Added photos
