Worst place ever. ever! You need to fire the manager, the tech. Costco, do something, Brought in 2 Cars for tires install. Always with lug nuts problem one i had to bring to other mechanics one of course they broke off the other stud, instead getting free tire installations i get headaches for free. The tech guys have zero people skills, understanding and listening skills. Zero recommendations!! I wish you close down!
Completely incompetent. 4 hours for one valve stem replacement and tire rotation.
Both rude and incompetent! Pick a struggle.
The least functional part of Costco, unfortunately. If you're a walk-in for a service, you'll be waiting 4+ hours. If you have an appointment, things may or not work out better. On a previous visit, they couldn't find the tires that were showing as "delivered". This time, I was running late (obviously not their fault), and called to ask if they could take me 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. "You'll be considered a walk-in".
