This experience has been worse than the DMV. Save your dignity and pay the extra 100$ anywhere else. Car became misaligned too after 4 new tires.
This is without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever endured. I made an appointment days in advance . Despite this, I was forced to wait for THREE HOURS for simple two-tire replacement. To make this insulting experience worse, your staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from start to finish. The complete lack of respect and competence shown today is staggering. The staff at this location require drastic retraining, and management needs a complete overhaul. This was an utter disgrace.
Absolutely embarrassing. I went to repair a tire from one small screw. After waiting 4 hours, yes 4 hours, they tried to upsell me because the inside of the tire was worn from "driving on a low tire" which I haven't done...it wasn't driven with low air. Meanwhile the wear she noticed on the inside (very subtle wear) is from alignment issues. They were just trying to make a sale. Never again.
The worst experience I had getting new tires in a long time. They didn’t have the the proper equipment to take my lug nuts off. They tried to make be get a tow truck when it was unnecessary. So I had take the tires I brought to another shop. And when I got the shop they informed me I didn’t even have the right size tires🤦♂️. Never going back here it was a waste of 2.5 hour. I advise to not go here for any repairs.
