The least functional part of Costco, unfortunately. If you're a walk-in for a service, you'll be waiting 4+ hours. If you have an appointment, things may or not work out better. On a previous visit, they couldn't find the tires that were showing as "delivered". This time, I was running late (obviously not their fault), and called to ask if they could take me 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. "You'll be considered a walk-in". The absolute worst. 1. Selling expired tires. 2. Customer Service these kids can't tie a shoe. 3. Techs unqualified to remove a lug nut to remove a tire 3 females the worst. Spend your money else where so you and your family are safe
Rude customer service. Don’t come here they deny the tire warranty with some bullshit reason.
Poor attitude, poor service, poor quality of work, charged more than what was done, took 3.5 hours to incompletely fix one tire. Went in and asked to change my tire sensor/valve stem. They charged me for a tire repair instead. An hour later, they call me telling me to come to the desk saying I need a new tire sensor. I told them that's exactly what I asked for. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY AND AVOID THIS PLACE!! 1. Awful customer service and rude staff: The employees couldn’t care less about you or your car. They were dismissive and unhelpful the entire time. 2. Ridiculous wait times: Even with an appointment, I waited over three hours just to get my tires installed.
