Pathetic, Very rude and Arogant. I was 15 mins late into tire change apt. I understand they want to be on time. But the tone of the guy was so rude right from his first response. He didn't care. Was very arrogant. No courtesy or sympathy towards a customer. It was a very bad weather day when cars were stuck on Highways for 10 hours slightly north of Orangeville with no electricity in Gravenhurst. Same day. Horrible tire shop , Glen needs to be fired . Don’t let them touch your car . They’ll use any excuse to get out of working .
I came to the Costco Tire Center in Orillia expecting reliable service but left with repeated disappointment. Back in October 2023, after buying my first used car, I turned to Costco for advice on buying new winter tires, trusting their recommendations. Unfortunately, they’ve let me down at every step. Will not answer a phone call. Tried numerous times. Also called admin and no answer there either. Terrible customer service.
Waited in line over half an hour because they didn't know how to work the computer
