Most of the irritation I've experienced was because of my boss, but the manager or supervisor or someone else whose just very vocal of the tire center comes off pretty hostile. I had just got rear tires and went back for fronts. The guy who I previously mentioned came out and told me if I didn't replace the missing lug nut on my back tire they wouldn't work on the vehicle. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. I spoke with 2 different gentleman there and they both told me 2 completely different things while the other one was right behind them. I have barley had the tire for over a year with a warranty and when I got a nail in my tire they said they couldn't fix it because I drove on the tire. I literally didn't. Was in last Thursday for a flat/patch. Costco recommended new tires. Bought tires and scheduled installation for today (Monday). Even though they could remove a tire from this vehicle (f150) on Thursday they now cannot do the job. They also had to issue me a shop card as part of my refund because they couldn't return the full amount to the Costco credit card I paid with. Friendly and helpful staff. Had my flat tire fixed in about 15 minutes. Good experience.
Made appointment with tire shop to take care of a simple leak in tire. Tire shop removed the wrong tire, couldn't find the leak obviously. Replace valve stem on my good tire and told me I was good to go. Confronted tire staff about this, they lied to me claiming to have checked out both rear tires. Asked the tire shop to look at the issue/correct tire, was told I would have to wait "a couple hours" despite having made an appointment to begin with.
