setup appt for tire rotation and was told they didnt have the allen wrench to remove my hub caps and so i had to buy an allen wrench set for the tire shop to use once it was rescheduled for a week later
It took nearly two hours for them to return my car and when I asked about the reason I brought it, which was that my low tire pressure light was on, they told me they forgot to check if the sensors were ok. A complete waste of time, I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your services
They had the phones off the hook then said they were only taking appointments.
The past 2 times, I never got a call that my car was ready... I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a while before I called them to follow-up. This has happened to my husband with his car, too. They had lost my keys before. I had to wait a while for them to rummage around everywhere to find it while I was sitting there in panic mode.
