I ordered Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires for my Land Rover Discovery through Costco.com, entering all relevant vehicle details. The system accepted the order without issue and allowed me to schedule an installation at the Pearland, TX location. I arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment, but waited over 20 minutes to be assisted. Just went by the tire center with my daughter for a tire concern. William was so fantastic!!!. He not only stopped what he was doing to quickly help us and resolve our issue, he taught us what to do in the future.
I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced. I told them my lug nuts are factory painted and are known to chip with impact tools - could they please use hand tools. The guy immediately replied "that's an inconvenience". He then said he didn't have anything to torque the nuts by hand. I asked- "you don't have torque wrenches?"
