They had the phones off the hook then said they were only taking appointments.
The past 2 times, I never got a call that my car was ready... I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a while before I called them to follow-up. This has happened to my husband with his car, too. They had lost my keys before. I had to wait a while for them to rummage around everywhere to find it while I was sitting there in panic mode. I ordered Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires for my Land Rover Discovery through Costco.com, entering all relevant vehicle details. The system accepted the order without issue and allowed me to schedule an installation at the Pearland, TX location. I arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment, but waited over 20 minutes to be assisted.
