I ordered Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires for my Land Rover Discovery through Costco.com, entering all relevant vehicle details. The system accepted the order without issue and allowed me to schedule an installation at the Pearland, TX location. I arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment, but waited over 20 minutes to be assisted. Okay service, but super slow, even with an appointment. My ice cream is melting. Edit: Reduced from 3 to 2 stars after waiting 2 hours... again.

Just went by the tire center with my daughter for a tire concern. William was so fantastic!!!. He not only stopped what he was doing to quickly help us and resolve our issue, he taught us what to do in the future.
