I called about 10:30 in the morning. Told the person I was speaking to that I had wires showing and needed a new tire installed. I also told them I had an appt at 2:30 with the Costco in the galleria and asked if hey had an earlier appt. The person told me that they could fit me in between 1:30-2 and that I did not need an appt. I arrive at 1:50 and was told it was over a 2 hour wait, and offered a 4:45 appt. I should have not trusted the person on the phone and stuck with the appt. in the Galleria.

Service is poor especially there supervisor that has beard… We’re still talking and he left me in the counter and didn’t come back. It seems he doesn’t like his job.

Read the reviews and believe them. Horrible customer service and no knowledge of parts they sell or how it works. Waylon told me to return my 02/25 $130 battery as a $15 core credit and get a bigger battery because the OEM recommendation may not be enough for a bone stock vehicle. They have a cheap tester to tell you your battery is good when in fact that it's not and they sell batteries and don't have the equipment to offer you to attempt to charge them. Update - they can go to 0 stars I got new tires installed today ($ 1737 with tax) and the low tire pressure indicator was brought to their attention before I left the lot and was assured the car normalizes it when I start driving. I reach home to see the front right tire is almost flat and home inflation kit reads 12 on it. They literally forgot to inflate the tire after installing. I bring it back to tell him and get it inspected and he says the tires look all inflated and I must have misunderstood low pressure. Wow genius,... read more
