Always a great experience when visiting the tire center at Costco RIverhead! Four new tires were installed in June. Had a nail in a tire a month later and they got my car in and out within an hour. Will not honour the guarantees. Tire selection is limited and getting your tires here is a complete waste of money. Go to a real tire store. My tires lasted 40k when the average was 65k and all they said was it was my fault because I didn’t change them on the Costco schedule. Completely inaccurate and just not true. There are people there with essentially no knowledge of the products. Costco is going down in all ways, sad to see.

Had a nail in my tire. They were able to get it fixed up in less than 40 min. Great service, definitely got me out of trouble. 10/10 recommend
