I give it a 3 stars which appears to be the average for the area. It appears there is great service available in Manahawkin. It feels like the culture in the tire department doesn't match the culture we have all come to love about Costco. We purchased three sets of tires this year and found the service to be on the rude impatient side with positive experiences sprinkled in with that so not all bad. Horribly inconvenient. What’s the point of making an appointment?? Waited 2plus hrs for 2 tires to be installed. Whoever is in charge should not be…. it’s a grand opening every day over here at the brick costco
Stellar tire shop. Quite busy.
Edit: drove for a little bit after I got my truck back with the original tires, they must have broke one of my tire pressure monitor sensors because one tire will not return a reading, and eventually threw a warning. Also, they unevenly filled my tires with air!!! This is INCREDIBLY unsafe, I felt my vehicle track over the road when the road wasn’t smooth. Costco Tire does not care about your safety.
