Edit: drove for a little bit after I got my truck back with the original tires, they must have broke one of my tire pressure monitor sensors because one tire will not return a reading, and eventually threw a warning. Also, they unevenly filled my tires with air!!! This is INCREDIBLY unsafe, I felt my vehicle track over the road when the road wasn’t smooth. Costco Tire does not care about your safety. I recently had a very smooth experience here. I ordered new tires and was told it could take up to 10 days, but they called me the very next morning saying they were in and ready to install. The whole process took about an hour and a half. The staff were very transparent, and efficient. The experience was hassle-free. Highly recommend!
Extremely Disappointed - Felt Misled I usually trust Costco for quality and honesty, but this recent experience at their tire center was beyond frustrating. I came in expecting a simple tire service, and instead, I was told that if I didn't replace all four tires, my transmission could explode. Really?
