Horribly inconvenient. What’s the point of making an appointment?? Waited 2plus hrs for 2 tires to be installed. Whoever is in charge should not be…. it’s a grand opening every day over here at the brick costco
Stellar tire shop. Quite busy.
Edit: drove for a little bit after I got my truck back with the original tires, they must have broke one of my tire pressure monitor sensors because one tire will not return a reading, and eventually threw a warning. Also, they unevenly filled my tires with air!!! This is INCREDIBLY unsafe, I felt my vehicle track over the road when the road wasn’t smooth. Costco Tire does not care about your safety. I recently had a very smooth experience here. I ordered new tires and was told it could take up to 10 days, but they called me the very next morning saying they were in and ready to install. The whole process took about an hour and a half. The staff were very transparent, and efficient. The experience was hassle-free. Highly recommend!
