Called them the night before to see if they carried my tire and they said yes, so I towed my car there, and they said they couldn’t fix it after two hours of waiting so I had to find another tire shop that could fix it.

Costco's tire warranty is proving worthless and their tire center service is horrible. We purchased four new Michelin Premier LTX tires from Costco for our car last June. My wife drove the car out-of-state for a family emergency. A nail embedded in the tire during her drive. I emailed my wife the tire warranty and she took it to the Signal Hill Costco to have it repaired/replaced.
