2 hours and 30 minutes. That's the current wait time for changing 4 tires. I'm not sure of there is only 1 person or just a single tire machine but it feels excessive to spend 40 minutes per tire. Good thing I'm not a little league coach and there aren't 20 kids waiting for me to start a game... oh...wait...
Man, this place is just the worst tire purchase and repair experience I've ever had. They never have the tires in stock and often take 2 weeks to come in and then if/when they do come in you have to wait weeks for an appointment to have them installed. I tried working with a guy at the tire desk named Sabin and he had no idea what he was doing. They never answer the phone either. I get better service from the Post Office which is a pretty low bar.
OK, I rarely write reviews but was fully prepared to have a nightmare experience here based on the other reviews I saw after I already made my tire purchase and while waiting for my install date. Yes, they are understaffed and booked out weeks during changeover season. But every other aspect of my appointment was really great. My appointment was late in the evening and they called me a few hours before to let me know they were running behind, very polite and apologetic, asked if I could change it to the following morning. If I could rate them a 0 I would. I have now had 3 terrible experiences with them. Experience 1: I bought very expensive snow tires from them, my husband went to get them on for his scheduled appointment it took over an hour for them to even bring the car back, then they "couldn't do the job" because I didnt bring my wheel lock. After over an hour of back and forth I took a final look in the truck with the spare tire and the wheel lock was right there. They were able to get my tires on but I wasted at least 2 hours of time. ... read more
