If I could give this a zero I would. Ordered tires on Costcos website bc they were the best deal at the time. Waited almost 2 weeks for the appt. Dropped the car off and here I am thinking everything went smoothly. I got a voicemail that they couldn’t remove the tires from my car bc the lug nuts were seized. Interesting as i just put those wheels on 2 weeks prior and had no issue (second set for summer). I called and was told that they didn’t have the tools needed to remove the tires bc they didn’t want to break the lug nuts... read more

Trust the reviews. The big corporations and their employees are not your friends—maximum profit is the only goal. Go to a local shop if you can.

2 hours and 30 minutes. That's the current wait time for changing 4 tires. I'm not sure of there is only 1 person or just a single tire machine but it feels excessive to spend 40 minutes per tire. Good thing I'm not a little league coach and there aren't 20 kids waiting for me to start a game... oh...wait...
