Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. They’re super unprofessional and they scratched my car in multiple locations while changing the tires.
One of the staff that was helping me purchase tires in the tire center were extremely rude. I speak broken english since it’s my second language and I asked him if he understood what I meant by wanting to schedule an appointment as early as possible, he replied with “barely”. He went on to say that he doesn’t know when the tires I purchased will come and went on a 5 minute rant giving excuses on why the two tires won’t come until monday. My tires has a defect and they make you wait all day. I ask if they accept walk ins since my tire keeps losing air. They said it was fine. 2 to four hours. 4.5 hrs later, they still passing up on my car. I told them that I will be waiting since I don't have any ride. I recently replaced all four tires for my SUV and 2 tires for my car. I have been a member of costco for close to 20yrs. I am very disappointed and seriously considering switching to Sam's Club membership and not renewing with Costco.
