Was quoted 4 hours to replace tires. Ended up waiting 9 hours. Didn’t even bother calling to give an update on the wait time.
i will rate this a two stars because they help associates to understand what tire to buy but service replacements and allot of waiting time are bad because they need allot improvement by telling to the cashiering that the time it's extremely over waiting and the tell customer that it's about waiting on 3-5hrs and it's lie they will focus on helping people that's has only appointments and walk-ins people leaves it at last service and i will go somewhere else
UMBRELLA ☀️ (Bring) - Kindness / & Patience Respect to fellow vehicle owners & great auto service employees. SINCERE: Bring an Umbrella to Shield you from the Sun. Since the Monterey Park location gets all the Morning hot sun UV rays (sun rising in the East).
Don’t recommend, didn’t know it takes over 4 hours to change a tire, well at least here. You’re better off picking up the tire & taking it elsewhere. slow rude staff, not once but twice.
Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. They’re super unprofessional and they scratched my car in multiple locations while changing the tires.
