It took them 30 minutes to install the wrong tires, 15 minutes to realize they installed the wrong tires and an additional 30 minutes for them to install the correct tires. I observed the tech carelessly throwing my $600 OEM sport alloy wheels around. The rims already were a little chewed up on the edges, but he made it way worse and let one of the wheels fall onto the other which caused gouging in the face of the wheel. Be careful when using their online battery selection tool! The one for my 3 series bmw was waaay smaller than the original requiring brackets etc I’m also concerned that it’s performance.

Irresponsible staff with terrible attitude who clearly don’t appreciate their jobs. Don’t come here, they don’t answer phone calls, and when you walk in, they take your appointments without getting your number, how are they gonna communicate with you? Just find a professional local auto shop!
