Worst managed tire center in the area. Understaffed, don't have regular front desk staff, over scheduled. I had a 4pm appt and was told they are 2 hours behind AFTER waiting an hour +. Not worth wasting my time here. Would rather pay for rotation than waste my time here.
straight trash. went to get a puncture fixed, they said they cannot fix tire it would need to be replaced. Dude says they dont have tire in stock. Never offered to order tires and setup appointment for new tires. he pulled my car out on the curb rather than parking it so that i could load my groceries.
I had a bit of a rough start when I ran into an issue with one screws that wouldn't tread back in. Initially, I was quite frustrated and unhappy to hear that the repair might need to be handled externally. Had a great experience with tire installation. I ordered online and made an appointment. They took me at the time of my appointment. Took about 1.5 hours and I shopped while I waited.
