NOT SURE IF THESE EMPLOYEES ARE BACKSTABBING COSTCO!! The worst experience ever! They need training on customer service. And what a disaster when it comes to replacing tires. Told me they can’t do it because my lug nut was cross threaded and they can’t do it. It was totally bull, I had to take the car to dealership just to find out nothing was wrong. If this was not because of COSTCO brand/membership, this tire center would go out of business. I’d suggest avoiding this place.

They need more people at the front desk. If there were one or two more people that can just sit at the front to help customers, answer phones, and more importantly let customers know that their cars are ready, I would be a repeat customer. But after being unable to get anyone on the phone (calls were put on hold and disconnected after 15 mins or just not answered), and spending 4 hours waiting in their food court for a car that was done after 1, I’m not getting any more tires from Costco. Will not recommend. They trick people by offering a 5-year tire warranty. Once you reach out to them for any tire services, their wait times are more than 3 days, even to fix a flat tire.

Worst managed tire center in the area. Understaffed, don't have regular front desk staff, over scheduled. I had a 4pm appt and was told they are 2 hours behind AFTER waiting an hour +. Not worth wasting my time here. Would rather pay for rotation than waste my time here.
