Had a great experience with tire installation. I ordered online and made an appointment. They took me at the time of my appointment. Took about 1.5 hours and I shopped while I waited.
Worst experience ever! We ordered tires online for my husbands truck. We made our appointment. Told us it would be an hour half wait ok no problem. Tina who was working the desk was very kind and professional. 20 minutes in we get a call from them stating they couldn’t do our tires because the tech Livio said ALL our lug nuts were bad. ALL 24 of them. Told us to replace them and then come back to have the tires put on.
