Never buy tires at cosco if your tire is damaged and you need a new one you need an appointment until who knows when
They never answer their phone been calling for weeks . I go in-person while I was in line just to see if the phone ringsl on purpose and they just ignore the phone. Good luck getting that call answered
They changed one tire just fine (replacing a blown out tire) but they didn’t check to make sure the tire pressure was even amongst all the tires, which seems like a basic thing to do to make sure the tires work well.
I had an excellent experience at the Costco Tire Center thanks to Kris. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure everything was handled the right way. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about doing the job well and treating customers with respect. Kris made the entire experience smooth and stress free. Costco is lucky to have her.
