Front service desk from Sophie was impeccable. But when picking up Puja gave the lugnut and said it is stripped and cannot be put back. It was their responsibility and they didn't own up. For this unprofessional reason alone 1star after spending 759.
They need an employee specifically for the tire center front desk and should call for help from another tire center or store employee when the line gets long. The tire center employees themselves are nice and took good care of my car (all 4 tire sensors changed & 1 tire replacement) but other reviews are right that it is hard to get a hold of them over the phone.
