Front service desk from Sophie was impeccable. But when picking up Puja gave the lugnut and said it is stripped and cannot be put back. It was their responsibility and they didn't own up. For this unprofessional reason alone 1star after spending 759.
They need an employee specifically for the tire center front desk and should call for help from another tire center or store employee when the line gets long. The tire center employees themselves are nice and took good care of my car (all 4 tire sensors changed & 1 tire replacement) but other reviews are right that it is hard to get a hold of them over the phone. Henry went above and beyond for me. I came 5 minutes to closing and he helped me with enthusiasm! I have a 8 hr drive home and my tire was feeling wonky. He tightened all my lug nuts on the tires for a safe travel home and turns out the driver tire nut was a little loose and thanks to him I feel more confident in safe travels.
Made an appointment that wasn't honored. Tried calling to make another and was hung up on multiple times.
