Second time coming here. First time they damaged my powder coated rims but said damage was already there when it wasn’t. Damage was clearly “fresh”. Second time I come at 10:40am for my 10:45am appointment. Take my time shopping and come out to see 12:30pm my car hasn’t even been started on. I’m here for the free tire rotation to keep in line with tire warranty. They obviously skipped me for paying customers even though I had an appointment. 3 hours to complete a simple rotation with an appointment is just ridiculous. The la... read more
A lot of bad reviews on here but my experience was great! It helps to purchase your tires online and book an appointment online. It was super easy and convenient!
I made an appointment and was told an hour to an hour and a half wait. Came back just under 2 hours and they haven't even started on my car. Very disrespectful of people's time especially with an appointment.
Awful wait. Currently at the 30 minute mark to just drop off a battery for a core return.
