Oscar refused to get my car keys after my tire rotation. He demanded I push my cart of groceries around to the side door and keep banging on it until someone answered, which noone did. Why make an appointment with you if I'm going to have to wait all day for you to install two tires?
Long line at the Tire Center in the morning even though I had an appointment. Should be two lines or a different system. The second guy final arrives late to work and start helping, but takes a call to fully set up someone else's phone call appointment in front of me. Then he says he has to "check something" before finishing with me, takes off out the front door and leaves for about six minutes while 4 other people finish with the other guy.
