They stripped a lug but and wouldn’t take responsibility for it. They are not capable if replacing lug studs on site.
The worst first time costco tire experience. already paid for my tires and made an appointment. come the day of, they said i never made an appointment nor had the tires in stock. the guy who took my appointment “Erik”, doesn’t even know how to read tire sizes and his supervisor “Nick” is just as well incompetent. i would suggest anyone to go to discount tires instead.
Slow service, no one at the front desk. Appt was at 4pm and tires were paid for before hand, and said I couldn’t continue with appt due to not having my membership on me even though I gave them all the contact info they needed. Slow service in general
This actually happened last February (2025) but it still rankles. I brought in my Highlander for 4 new tires. The old ones had an 80,000 mile warranty but had worn down after 40,000 miles. I asked them for a price adjustment on the new tires. They said no, unless I could bring in the receipts to prove that the tires had been rotated. Extremely slow and no one there to help, even when you have an appointment. I had an appointment for a nitrogen conversion, which I was told would take 45 minutes. 1 hour and 25 minutes later, my car still wasn't even looked at.
