They messed up my lug nuts TWICE. I had them install tires first and unfortunately I had a flat tire on a new tire so I had them fix it, then they told me the people who installed them last didn't tighten them right. IT WAS THEM, so I took it home got it fixed. Took it back so they can repair the tire. Fast forward to today I came to Sam's club to get cheaper tires and they told me the person who installed them last time did it wrong and they can't remove it. Lack of customer service. I ordered my tires on Wednesday, they said they would call me when the tires are ready. They texted me on Thursday saying my car was ready for installation. Went over there, they said to come back on Friday morning. On Friday morning, I dropped off my car and they will call me when it’s ready and it usually takes 3-4 hours. I never received a call so I called them at 4pm. They said it was ready, they gaslit me said they called me. Overall very poor customer service!
I called in the morning to ask about getting a service done. They told me I could walk in anytime and that they closed at 8:00 PM. I told them I would come after work, around 6:00 PM. However, when I arrived, they told me they weren’t accepting walk-ins. It was a complete waste of my time. Very disappointing experience.
They stripped a lug but and wouldn’t take responsibility for it. They are not capable if replacing lug studs on site.
The worst first time costco tire experience. already paid for my tires and made an appointment. come the day of, they said i never made an appointment nor had the tires in stock. the guy who took my appointment “Erik”, doesn’t even know how to read tire sizes and his supervisor “Nick” is just as well incompetent. i would suggest anyone to go to discount tires instead.
