Had an appointment for tire rotation and an issue with my tire pressure sensor. I mentioned both when I checked in for my appointment. An hour and a half later they called me saying my car was ready. I pick it up and the tire pressure sensor light is still on. I asked about it and they said they weren't able to replace my tire pressure sensors because they called me to get confirmation to replace and I didn't answer the phone call. Have to return to this tire center facility multiple times, not only they will promise a work time they are unable to fulfill, they are not able to balance tires properly. Not to mention if you arrive on time, but due to the lines at the front door, they will decline your appointment and force a reschedule. I have to come back 3 times for a simple tires change because they are not able to do the work perfectly the first time. Costco’s tire centers are always under stuffed. I had an appointment and dropped my car at 1 pm, and I didn’t get the car back till 4:30 pm. I must say that the customer service people at the front are friendly and professional.
