Costco’s tire centers are always under stuffed. I had an appointment and dropped my car at 1 pm, and I didn’t get the car back till 4:30 pm. I must say that the customer service people at the front are friendly and professional.

This center is disorganized and unprofessional. Even if you have an appointment, they still end up taking much much longer than the expected time and take walk ins and mix them together with appointment times which ends up causing chaos. Expect to be here and even wait a minimum of 3 Hours or more for your car with or without appointments. Employees are also very rude. This has been an issue for many years and management take feedback and complaints and these issues are still ongoing no matter what. Do not bother going here.

These workshops do not answer the phones and when you mention that they do not, they get an indignant attitude, I wish the managers of the cost workshops had more impatience and also the service is not free, we pay a membership and in this specific workshop This person Mike, he is very rude I wish you had better customer service
