Have to return to this tire center facility multiple times, not only they will promise a work time they are unable to fulfill, they are not able to balance tires properly. Not to mention if you arrive on time, but due to the lines at the front door, they will decline your appointment and force a reschedule. I have to come back 3 times for a simple tires change because they are not able to do the work perfectly the first time. Costco’s tire centers are always under stuffed. I had an appointment and dropped my car at 1 pm, and I didn’t get the car back till 4:30 pm. I must say that the customer service people at the front are friendly and professional.

This center is disorganized and unprofessional. Even if you have an appointment, they still end up taking much much longer than the expected time and take walk ins and mix them together with appointment times which ends up causing chaos. Expect to be here and even wait a minimum of 3 Hours or more for your car with or without appointments. Employees are also very rude. This has been an issue for many years and management take feedback and complaints and these issues are still ongoing no matter what. Do not bother going here.
