I came to Costco Tire Center just to repair a flat tire. Instead of simply patching it, they dismounted the tire without explaining why. Then they told me the TPMS sensor was now damaged and needed to be replaced. When I asked why they even removed the tire like that, they just said, “That’s how we always do it.” The whole process took much longer than expected, and I ended up paying for a new sensor that I believe wasn’t necessary. I was having an issue getting new tpms sensors (redi sensors) to trigger, discount tire where I bought the tires couldn't figure it out (and they didn't really care), but Hannah at this Costco tire center figured it out and didn't brush me off, thank you Costco for great service!
The staff is friendly, courteous and easy to work with
I'm sitting here an hour past my appointment in the dining area completely dumbfounded on the way I was just treated by the Costco Tire Center. Hint: do not order online. Their online system does a poor job of communicating to the customers, offering them appointments before their tires even show up. Which is what happened to yours truly.
