THREE TIMES!! I went on a weekday and they didn't have the tires I needed, so they ordered them for me. Had to wait a week, but made the appointment. Showed up at my scheduled time, and they didn't have the tires! Never bothered to call me..."I don't know what happened..." So they had to put in a request for the correct tires. My first experience with Costco Tire went extremely well because of Lenny. He set up my appointment for two new tires and never missed explaining one detail about everything I needed to know before the appointment. My second experience didn’t go well, I came in to schedule an appointment to replace a flat tire and I was told they had my tire and I could come in the next day. I came to Costco Tire Center just to repair a flat tire. Instead of simply patching it, they dismounted the tire without explaining why. Then they told me the TPMS sensor was now damaged and needed to be replaced. When I asked why they even removed the tire like that, they just said, “That’s how we always do it.” The whole process took much longer than expected, and I ended up paying for a new sensor that I believe wasn’t necessary. I was having an issue getting new tpms sensors (redi sensors) to trigger, discount tire where I bought the tires couldn't figure it out (and they didn't really care), but Hannah at this Costco tire center figured it out and didn't brush me off, thank you Costco for great service!
