Came during the week to avoid delays to install new tires, made an appt as instructed. Was told 45-60 minutes for the job. 2 hrs later, looks like they are only halfway done😑im sure there will be no apology. unreal
Can't say enough kind words! Jayce and Nate were so helpful, professional, and gave outstanding customer service. We were really in a pinch and they went above and beyond to get us taken care of on a Saturday at 5pm. Would recommend and return as a customer again and again!
Love the tires, the service, the store... Can't stand always having to call for days to get someone to answer and schedule my rotations. Hire someone or give me somewhere online to schedule myself. Update: There is a way to schedule online, it's just close to impossible to find and seems sketchy when it transfers sites. This should be in the app.
THREE TIMES!! I went on a weekday and they didn't have the tires I needed, so they ordered them for me. Had to wait a week, but made the appointment. Showed up at my scheduled time, and they didn't have the tires! Never bothered to call me..."I don't know what happened..." So they had to put in a request for the correct tires. TWO WEEKS LATER, I get the call that the tires are in. I make an appointment for later that week. MORNING OF MY APPOINTMENT, I get a call saying that they sold the tires out from under me!! My first experience with Costco Tire went extremely well because of Lenny. He set up my appointment for two new tires and never missed explaining one detail about everything I needed to know before the appointment. My second experience didn’t go well, I came in to schedule an appointment to replace a flat tire and I was told they had my tire and I could come in the next day. When I arrived the next day the did not have my tire and told me they are just going to patch it up, but Lenny yet again was there that day and made up ... read more
