1 Star – Very Disappointing I was told the tire rotation would take 30 minutes to an hour. After waiting an hour, my vehicle still hadn’t even been taken into the service area. I was then told it would take another two hours. This was completely different from what I was originally promised. Very poor communication and absolutely no respect for my time. I had to leave and reschedule for another day. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the Costco Tire Center. I came in expecting the same helpful service that Costco is known for, but instead I was met with rudeness and complete indifference. The supervisor, Sergio, was incredibly dismissive and spoke to me in a condescending tone the entire time. Rather than trying to help resolve the issue with my tires, he seemed more interested in rushing me out the door.
