The staff here is nice and the tire prices and quality are generally good. However, be prepared to wait 2-3 hours every time you need a rotation to maintain your tire warranty. They will say 1 to 1.5 hours and this is never true. Also, you can't rely on text updates to know when your vehicle is ready because even if you double check your phone number with them, they will either not send a text update or send it to the wrong number. Incredible service. I ordered 2 tires which Costco happened to have in stock. I set up an appointment 10 days in advance as that was the estimated shipping time. I called the service center to see if they could get me in sooner because they were in stock they got me in THAT DAY!
It's very hard to find items.
NEVER! BUY TIRES from @costco or @bridgestone … someone explain to me how in less than two years of purchasing 4 brand new tires and they are already worn out?! Sounds sketchy as FCK to me and I’m not having it .. Besides the fact they have the WORST customer service & make excuses and want to blame the consumer, while NOT standing behind their product is CRAZY….
