Totally incompetent! Appts mean NOTHING. Plan to wait HOURS no mater when ur scheduled appt is. Staff is friendly but have no sense of customer service and what it means to have scheduled appt. Appts are scheduled every 45 min but two hrs kater I'm still waiting. Two other customers waiting have been here 3 hrs. UNACCEPTABLE!! Eric, front end associate actually said to me, they couldnt find my vehicle which was parked on Tire Center designated spot. Incompetent!! Not worth the hassle. They are TERRIBLE!!! Non-communication and saying sorry isn’t going to cut it. Making me wait for 3 hours and not fixing anything is a waste of my time. I even called before I left to go there and they said it was fine. I was not satisfied and they should have replaced my tire for free, but they only gave $100 off. Is that what a warranty is??? I thought the tire would be free! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Had an appointment for 12:15, they did not start working on my car until 2:50 and I did not get a call about my car until 4pm. They promised me that it would be an hour and a half for the service. It’s been more than 4 hours. Horrible service in my opinion. What is the point of having an appointment if it’s not even going to be worked on until almost 3 hours later. Had a 10am appointment for tire rotation. Tire center didn't even open (according to Google) until 10 so I figured I'd have one of the first appointments. I was still given an hour and fifteen minute estimated time frame. They said they'd text me when it's done. At 11:30, I go to the counter and ask for an update. Apparently, my car was done for about forty minutes. Thanks, Costco.
