They are TERRIBLE!!! Non-communication and saying sorry isn’t going to cut it. Making me wait for 3 hours and not fixing anything is a waste of my time. I even called before I left to go there and they said it was fine. I was not satisfied and they should have replaced my tire for free, but they only gave $100 off. Is that what a warranty is??? I thought the tire would be free! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Had an appointment for 12:15, they did not start working on my car until 2:50 and I did not get a call about my car until 4pm. They promised me that it would be an hour and a half for the service. It’s been more than 4 hours. Horrible service in my opinion. What is the point of having an appointment if it’s not even going to be worked on until almost 3 hours later. Had a 10am appointment for tire rotation. Tire center didn't even open (according to Google) until 10 so I figured I'd have one of the first appointments. I was still given an hour and fifteen minute estimated time frame. They said they'd text me when it's done. At 11:30, I go to the counter and ask for an update. Apparently, my car was done for about forty minutes. Thanks, Costco.
