These guys are THE BEST!!! Skip Seattle SoDo, and make the drive. Very worth it. These guys are super nice, dont try to oversell you and get you in & out as a walk-in right away. They were even honest about pro-rating me since my tires were less than 2 years old. Honest, efficient AND you dont feel gaslit as a woman. All wins in my book.
A couple months late, but these guys saved our trip: in from out of town for a Seahawks game, last minute flat tire disaster, got us squeezed in and procured the last 2 properly sized tires, on a Sunday. Grateful for the experience!
Van delivered excellent customer service today. I had an appointment to replace my tires, but did not have all four tires on me since I was in a panic about my flat not being able to be repaired. Van let me go back and get the 4th tire and was able to fit me in a timely manner to do the full replacement even though they were super busy. I appreciated his communication throughout the process.
