Incompetent sale people. Tried to get some batteries, their inventory showed they had 3 in stock, the sale people said their inventory is incorrect, we ended up bought alternative. We had to pay for core charge even though we brought our core along. When we go to the main store after the battery's transactions, walked pass the battery isle, we saw the batteries we were after. We ended up have to be in line to return what we bought. Waste of time, the sale person either didn't get trained properly or was high.
Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with this establishment, especially with the tire manager. My tires had a warranty, but they're going to charge me a very high amount again, and I'm forced to buy all four tires, supposedly because they're no longer working with those tires. And where is what they call a warranty? That's a scam, and the manager is racist. I won't go to that establishment again.
