I wouldn't go here if you want anything done in a reasonable amount of time. And you're going to have to make a separate appointment for every single step
Had a great experience working with the folks in this tire Centre. Went there a day after a tire blew out in my car. They were prompt in assessing the damage and installed a replacement tire under warranty the very next day. The wheel required a little work as well and they did a great job over all.
I wish they I could give 0 stars. If you're okay with being treated like a second-class citizen and rushed by passive-aggressive staff, then this Costco Tire Center is the place for you. My experience here was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The organization was non-existent, and most of the staff acted like they had no desire to be there.
